Repair to multi 4 point lock on door.

So...  I had a UPVC door that's had a Shoddy Multi 4 Point Lock on it since it was installed that's always been difficult to close. I tried to oil it up one evening and on locking the door the handle snapped in my hand and broke the whole mechanism with the door locked...  I spent the evening sourcing how to get my self out of this mess! I the next day with Claw Hammer and Screw Driver took out the glass, got out side....  Spent about ten mins and realised I was going to make a mess I got on the internet again and found Garry Collins! I emailed him with my troubles and within a couple of hours he emailed me back.  I called him and he came the next day and quoted me a price to get the door open and then he would call me from there with part if he had the bits to match on the van. He called me and charged me for the parts on top of the call out. All and all Top Job and Excellent Service! The door now works as you would expect! Thanks Garry :) Andrew Holloway 'Margate, Kent'

Changed locks on two doors.

Mr Collins changed the locks on two doors and he completed this task on a Saturday morning even though this was not an emergency job. I would definitely recommend him as giving a first class service.

Replaced a faulty barrel on our PVC new door and removed broken key.

Very happy with the service. I was away from home at the time but had a family member home to give access. He arrived to the job same day within 2 hours of phoning at the estimated time. As it was a new door, we had to send the invoice to the company who refused to accept without a signature but it was no problem for Garry to resend us an invoice with a signature and an agreement that the company not us should pay for the barrel costs.
