I am a professional and trusted engineer who has worked within the gas, heating and plumbing industry for over 15 years with a wealth of experience in all aspects of the trade.

I formed 'Gas Solutions' in 2007 and have established a good customer base from providing an honest and reliable service. I am very friendly and like to help my customers the best I can also ensuring my jobs are completed to a high standard.

My fiancée, Amy, or I will answer your calls personally and are always a good point of contact throughout the duration of the works I do for you.

No job is too big or small for me. My work ranges from changing tap washers and ball valves to designing and installing complete central heating systems that best suit your needs.

I also offer an emergency call out service for out of hours emergencies, ie gas leaks, water leaks and boiler break downs. We will always try to prioritise these calls.

Problem fixed over telephone

The pilot light on our antiquated boiler went out, I called Mr Osborne at 2145 hours - Mr Osborne was very helpful and we solved the problem over the telephone. Great service! Would definitely recommend to others!

Replacing single rads for doubles plus one extra in bathroom

We found Richard to be a very competent tradesman, prompt, clean and tidy, an excellent job well done ,also very pleasant manner, and would gladly recommend him to our friends and neighbours.

Mid Position Acuator replaced. Heating would not come on

The problem was diagnosed very quickly. A replacement part was ordered for the next day. Keep informed though out. Pricing very acurate. Would most certainly call again. Will ask to come back for Annual Boiler Service. Very happy with the service.
