Under pinning of kitchen extension
I had Gibson builders and they were excellant. Always on time, tidy and polite. Always kept me informed of what was happening with the work from day to day, so I always knew where I stood. I will definately recommend them, and will be having them back when I need my extension doing.

Enlarging a bedroom, demolishing and re-erecting internal walls to allow for a new bathroom and ensuite, tiling and new drain.
I've worked with Simon, Jamie and Cliff before and would definitely recommend them. Their work is always very good, they keep you informed, are very tidy and complete the work promptly and efficiently. They completed the extra work needed that time hadn't been allowed for me, after I'd made the work more complicated! I will definitely be using them again.

Sorting out damp wall in bedroom
Some dampness in bedroom wall, initially thought it would be a 'smallish' job, but dampness had permeated further than first thought resulting in a bigger job than anticipated. Simon kept me informed and was thorough in resolving the problem. Although the price was more than quoted, it was an extremely fair price for the amount of work done. The work was done to a high standard and I would totally recommend Simon and his team.

Simon and his workers were always courteous and considerate and happy to incorporate any additional changes however last minute they might be. A great source of advice with solutions to any unforeseen developments. I would definitely recommend Simon to anyone looking for quality builders who do what they say they'll do and on time. Single storey kitchen extension
We have used Simon for several projects on our property and would recommend him without reservation. His team are always punctual, polite and hard working. Remove old pebble dash from front of house replacing any loose bricks replacing any damaged or rotten wood etc. Then finish with smooth render
The whole job was done quickly without any bother. The men were efficient and very helpful when it was necessary to replace a rotted lintel. Their time keeping was excellent beginning at 8am , taking only 1hr for lunch and finishing at 5pm always clearing up before they left for the day. The finished render was good and even better after they painted it. I knew where I was with this firm so I was able to carry on normally. .

High standard of workmanship and willingness to carry out both tasks agreed. They 'happily' moved compost bins and shed in order to undertake work. Simon would ring in the morning to say if they were going to be late and why. Would happily reuse Simon and his colleagues, Jamie and Lance.

Work took longer than anticipated due to complexity of the job but builders easy to get on with so was not too much of a hardship to have them around for longer. Would definitely use them again. Good level of finish.
