Parquet and floor board sanding and staining

We were told the work would take 3 days. Work started on the day specified, although I had to wait in for them to arrive on both of the first two days. The initial workmen were polite but seemed rushed. Some floor boards were found to have woodworm, which we were advised would be okay when filled, which it did not. As soon as we voiced our concerns, they came back and replaced the floorboards, and retouched everywhere without any complaint. We have ended up with an absolutely excellent job. My advice is to spend a bit more time discussing options before the work starts. I do recommend them.
