Glow Maintenance is a local firm of Heating and Plumbing engineers, covering the boroughs of Richmond and Kingston in West London.

Being a small firm of 5 full time engineers, means that we are big enough to carry out all types of work from Dripping Taps, Gas Safety Certificates and Boiler repairs right up to complete heating and plumbing installations including twin MegaFlos, Hot water circuits and twin boiler heating systems; but small enough that you benefit from our friendly, customer centered service.

We are registered with 'Gas Safe Register' as well as with CORGI, and guarantee our work for 2 years.

Installing additional piping and bathroom fittings, installing radiator.

It is genuinely impossible to find a single fault with this company. Their work was efficient, timely, and done to the highest standard. Both Nigel and Steve were helpful and courteous, and I was particularly impressed that after a long day, Steve took the trouble to tidy up and "make good" all areas. The remarkably reasonable estimate was not exceeded. I would recommend this company to anybody.

Boiler service and leaking towel rails

I have used these plumbers a few times now and they have provided a consistent excellent service. Always helpful, and they offer advice and explain what they're doing; whether servicing the boiler or fixing another problem. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Megaflow Service and corrected some pipework

First class! This is the first name I would give my best friend if he needed a plumber and I would give it with confidence. They were recommended to me by someone who's opinion I respect. They were helpful, informative, tidy, quick and efficient. They started by doing exactly what I asked them to do, but pointed out that if they carried out a "service", the total cost would be less for more. I was entirely happy with this and it cost less than I was expecting and represented good value for money. I have checked their work and it was faultless. The finished result corrected an error our original house builder had made. EXCELLENT

Leaking Shower system

Shower system sprung a leak at 8am and within 2 hours Glow had responded to my call and an engineer was attending site. Although they had to return the following day as their initial diagnostic hadn't stopped the leak completely I was only charged 1 call out fee. A fair and professional service would definately use agin.

Fixed shower valve, radiator valve, mains stopcock and pipework, and did a boiler service

Glow were friendly and professional, from the initial estimate, when they were doing the work and also in some follow-up on other issues found. I would recommend Glow as I feel confident in the work they do, and that they will be there to handle any issues in the future.
