    We were surprised that the lovely Kelvin could come out the same day, sort out the problem, come back the next day with the new part and then come back a couple of days later to re sync. (My fault for messing with the settings…) Nothing was a problem. Kelvin and his company should win an award for customer service. He has such a caring nature, very reassuring and clearly knowledgable. What a great business! I’m proud of him and I’m not his Mum!

    Kelvin did a fantastic job. We had to sack the last company as they were not being honest and they were always late. Kevin started at 8.30am and only stopped to give or receive information, as it was a problematic job. He cleaned up afterwards. He's polite, punctual and an a very thoughtful plumber, going above and beyond for his customers. He's made an ugly shower tray (from previous) look so much better to look upon and a lovely well placed screen and door. Thanks you Kelvin.
