    Painting of hall and lounge and fixing water damage on ceiling

    The workman that came round were extremely friendly and professional. The work they did was to a very high standard. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely be getting them back for further work I would like done.

    Flat roof repaired and recovered.

    Very friendly and efficient team, who kept me updated throughout the process by checking I was happy with their work as they progressed, and cleaning up thoroughly at the end of each morning.

    New roof for a very dilapidated garage.

    This is the second time I have used this company and I have been impressed both times. The scheduling of the work was delayed because of the atrocious winter but I was kept informed throughout. And the work was done within the revised schedule (and more promptly than a different contractor working on another garage close by). The quality of the workmanship on the first assignment proved to be very good and the present one (just finished) looks equally good.

    Studwall re - erected between two rooms

    Workers were punctual, polite and did a good job. Graham came round to check on their work both days .

    Repair ceiling after water damage, skin , redecorate and organise subsequent replacement of electrical fan in bathroom.

    Grayland were able to take over job at shortish notice after we were messed about by another so called insurance approved builder. Were charming, easy to deal with and efficient. Also have very nice employees in job. Would definitely ask them for a quote on a job again before anybody else! Very happy. The flat looked super after job was finished.
