Replace lintels, renew cracked brickwork, cut off old and renew pebble dashed render to one complete wall and other blown areas. Redecorate whole house externally.

WOW!!
I cant tell you how pleased I am with the recent works that Grayland Construction have carried out on my home.
We had a dinning room and a lounge knocked through into one room, it was a tricky job as Building regs where a nightmare as we had already taken a wall out in our kitchen, Graham from Grayland took away all the hassle and liaised with the council and got a structural engineer etc.
There was lots to do such as electrics, plumbing, carpentry, Flooring etc. We moved out for a week and when I came home I nearly cried - My lounge looks amazing and to top it all the building inspector has just come for the final inspection and all the works have been signed off! and the nicest thing is even though the works was completed Graham came back and wanted to make sure we were happy with everything and to meet the building inspector! Nice touch.
The work men where clean and tidy, there was hardly any dust, Grayland actually got my house professionally cleaned before we came home - It was cleaner then before we left.
Graham and his team were trustworthy - I left them with the keys to the house, they always washed up there cups and even brought there own tea and coffee!! I know that sounds silly, but it was those little touches that really made me happy!
They are doing some work on my Friends house next week - Hallway, plastering etc - I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND GRAYLAND TO ANYONE!
They sorted everything, I was not booking electricians and plumbers, they did it all, most importantly there was no stress and my lounge is now like a show home. I will upload photos once we have painted.
Oh something else too, My step on my double glazing door was broken, we did this ages ago trying to move a BBQ, Grayland replaced this because they thought they had done it!
When Graham left I gave him the biggest hug ever and invited him to my wedding!! I did not know him before I met him when he gave us a quote - Now I class him as a...

Re-rendering to front of the property and fitting a new extractor fan
Grayland Construction did an excellent job of diagnosing an ongoing damp problem we had. The re-rendering on the front of our flat was done to an excellent standard and it sorted the damp issue. They were efficient, clean, tidy and I would definitely use them again for future work. Top marks - very professional job. Would recommend without hesitation.
