Building works.
The work was carried out by GRL (an extension of our living room) was carried out to time and budget. Guy and his 'workers' were a polite and friendly bunch. The work was carried out to a very high standard and a minimum of disruption. I would be happy to recommend them.

Orangery - Interim Report
Guy and his team have been working on our orangery for just over 3 weeks now. The brickwork is complete and the roof is in place. This week the rubber roof coating will be applied and next week the glass atrium is being fitted. It’s then a short wait until the bi-fold doors arrive then the internal work can commence. To date, GRL Building Services have been an absolute pleasure to work with. From our experience so far we would not hesitate to recommend them. From the outset we felt very happy that Guy understood our requirements and the build so far reflects this. Guy always ensures that we are kept informed of what’s going on and, if there are any decisions to make we are always consulted. He has also been happy to liaise directly with our architect and the building inspector when necessary The team arrive promptly, clean up before they leave for the day and are polite and courteous at all times.

Garage Conversion to utility room
Guy and his team were brilliant. Even the sub-contractors were all lovely. I went on holiday and trusted them with the keys to my home. The guys were all hard working and it was really refreshing to see them tidy away their tools and tidy the site at the end of each night. Even when I have had slight little niggles since Guy finished the job he has been very attentive and always tries his hardest to get these resolved as quick as possible. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend this company to any of my friends or family. I was actually quite sad to see them all go.

Built double garage with store and room above.
Guy and his team are fantastic, I would definitely recommend them (and already have!). In addition to tidiness, reliability, courtesy and workmanship, communication is excellent too.

Single storey extension to rear of bungalow, lounge, utility, shower room.

Whole house repointing
Repointing a whole house was bound to be a bit dusty, but Guy and his team did their best to keep the mess to a minimum. They cleared up each day even under difficult weather conditions. The repointing was completed to my full satisfaction and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Repairs to front porch
Guy and his team provided superb customer service throughout the works. Even though this was a very small job for a builder I felt that GRL Building Services gave it full attention in order to ensure the job was completed to an extremely high standard. The attention to detail is superb and I would not hesitate in recommending GRL to anyone who is looking for high quality building work at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use their services again in the future.
