  Delighted with the service

  I found my boiler was making alarming noises when I came home after a week away. I contacted Hampton Heating & Plumbing, who sent sent one of their team to check it out. He identified the problem, said it could be fixed but since it was about 15 years old it was liable to develop more problems. I asked for a quote for a new boiler, accepted it, and Joel installed the new boiler within a few days. He was prompt, efficient and tidy. I was delighted with the service and very happy to recommend them.

  Thank you to The Hampton Heating & Plumbing Team, especially Alexandra, who fitted two new bathroom taps for us. What should have been a straightforward job turned out to be quite challenging because of the old pipework and very limited access. Alexandra tackled the difficulties with great skill and professionalism, and the quality of his work was first class. We are delighted with the result and would highly recommend Hampton Heating & Plumbing. Thank you, Alexandra, for a job very well done!

  Brilliant local plumbers

  I was due an annual service for my boiler and it was declared dangerous (but I was assured it was ok for short periods - which was a relief). Can't complain as it was 16 years old. The service was carried out on Wednesday and I received a quotation for a new boiler the same day - and it was installed on the Saturday - three days later. I was out and came home to a leak from it. I texted Matt and he was around at 8.30 on the following day (Sunday). He tried to fix it butthought it should be seen by the Worcester-Bosch engineer. He arrived this morning and all ok. Brilliant, reliable and prompt!

  New boiler fitted

  Our boiler was broken on our return from holiday. They quickly gave us a quote to fix it but as it was so old we decided to get a new one. They sourced and fitted this in 24 hours a very efficient job and very friendly team
