  Placing an Eaves protector tray under tiles .

  Seems ok . Time will tell when it rains over the next few months . Dean and son John completed the job plus removed weeds and debris from front gutter. Got on with the job . Everything explained. Will be using them again in the future.

  Extension and loft conversion

  Full renovation of a HMO and some new build on another property. Including steel and timber work.

  Dean and the team have been a great asset to our property management company. We have worked together on 2 projects and we are very impressed with the quality of work, as well as the transparency around timescales, price and overcoming problems that naturally arise. We will continue to work with them and would recommend highly.

  Various building works to change rear of property

  Although initially having a good rapport with Hansons, the overall standard has NOT been satisfactory. When Dean recommended that the works didn’t need building control that should’ve been our first red flag. Overall a stressful and bad experience which has left us confused how Hansons have maintained such good feedback when this has been our experience. Due to poor workmanship we don’t want to entertain Hansons returning to rectify issues. Any bought up initially in the build seemed to be too much effort to properly fix and STILL require proper rectification.

  We are disappointed to see that this is the response that has been left for us. After expressing that you were satisfied with the completed works we could only assume this to be the case. We worked exactly to the Structural engineers drawings and all openings were the correct size. In addition to this we then worked to a snag list which was all then completed and we was informed you were happy with the outcome. As a company we can assure you that we would never under any circumstance recommend to not use building control. Working with new builds and such properties is a standard practice for us, So we wouldn’t suggest otherwise. It is down to the client to instruct the local authority and this should of been something your structural engineer would assist you with. We can only apologise that you have been left to feel this way, But we would like to express our concern over how much of the review is factual.

  Replacing shed roof

  The boys turned up early and ready to work. They worked steadily but not rushed. The replaced an old bitumen roof on my shed, the old materials were taken away and the site was left swept and tidy. We were very pleased with the finished job. The communication with Dean was fantastic throughout the process. Friendly service, thoroughly recommended!!!!
