Fitted a New bathroom with additional soundproofing work and plumbing
Stuart did an excellent job. We chose all the new suite from Doble bathrooms Whitton who did the design too. Stuart did a very professional installation . It is finished to an extremely high standard . He is always very proud of his work and last minute changes to improve are never a problem for him he is very tidy and he also managed the skip and the disposal of the old bathroom suite and new packing materials. Tiled bathroom
The work on the surface is ok but when you look closely the grout lines dont match up and we had to finish behind bath taps as wasnt grouted at all, was just left the bag of grout to do ourselves. I was very shocked to receive this feedback as I feel it did not reflect the job at all. The job was completed at a discounted rate in 2 and 3/4 days . The bath taps were so close to the tiles that the taps needed to be removed to complete work and silicone seal properly. There was no heating and hot water on renovation site and in damp and cold conditions was very difficult to clean up tiles fully after grouting. I messaged customer this so they were informed. I never met or spoke to customer once only via messaging. I think this outcome reflects more on them than me having been in this trade 40 years this year HANTOM CERAMICS
