Repaired a leaking boiler.

The boiler was leaking dangerously onto electrics so Keith drained it to make it safe before souring the replacement part needed and returning to fix it. He worked at a time to suit me and also improved the system which he found to have too much air in it. Very happy with the work.

Leaking pipe and valves.

I hired Keith to help with a leaking pipe and broken valve. Keith was able to work to my time schedule and was polite and extremely efficient throughout the process. Keith was always discussing options as to solutions to the problems rather than telling me what should be done which helped me feel part of the process. I am happy to say I have now found a reliable plumber who provides the highest quality of work at a good price. I will not hesitate to use or recommend Keith again.

Boiler advice.

Embarrassing that my (not entirely straightforward) boiler fault could be solved over the phone, but how refreshing that Keith was happy to try this avenue first, successfully, as it turned out! Courteous and efficient.

Issues with drainage and plumbing works.

Keith was very friendly and polite. He knew what he was doing and got the root of the problem straight away. He went about the job very professionally and was extremely courteous in doing so. He also cleared up all the mess afterwards and tidy up as he went along with the job in hand. He also offered to call me in a few days times to check up everything was okay. I can't recommend him enough.

Bathroom basin, towel radiator and radiator thermostats.

Keith is a very friendly chap, and works hard to do a good job. He worked late into the evening and even at a weekend to finish the job. Highly recommended.

Replacing gas pipes.

Keith was very helpful and did a great job replacing our gas pipes and sorting out a botch job done by a previous gas engineer. He was very thorough, worked late into the evening to get it done and charged a reasonable price. Happy to recommend him and use him again.

Emergency repair - leak in washing machine pipes.

I suddenly heard dripping and found my kitchen floor was wet near the washing machine. Based in ratings here I rang Heat and Flow and they came round within a couple of hours on Saturday. They were thorough, found the problem quickly, which didn't actually need a new part, and were very pleasant to deal with.
