10Verified ReviewI left my email on Heat in London website for an engineer call out. Within half hour I had a reply. Louis came out within a couple of hours when I'd expected to wait afew days. He arrived within the time provided, he was polite, efficient, explained what was wrong with our boiler, performed all the safety checks, even checked our main gas supply. Also checked rads and advised average temperature level. Highly recommend. Payment invoice was efficiently sent by email with boiler service record attached. Very professional service. Best known to date.
