Replacement of roofline + gutters and downpipes on a 3 story townhouse

The level of work was generally good, with a few issues here and there. These I picked up and had rectified with no fuss. The only real criticisms are regarding the administrative side of things. Getting quotes for scaffolding, plans for windows (which was an option I decided against), getting out to survey, organising a commencement date, this all took longer than was necessary. Once on site though, they were quick and worked hard doing a good Job.

Replacement Brackets

After the snow this year we required some new brackets. Brian not only delivered them quickly he didn't charge me for them either, although the conservatory was built some years ago. Now that's good after care.
