  Hall floor

  We recently had an Amtico hall floor installed by Aaron. Throughout the process Aaron consulted with us, advising on a layout to fit the room and making sure we were totally happy with the end result, which we are! Very professional and we’d definitely work with Aaron again on our next project. He’s a real asset to the Higher Ground team.

  Carpet fitting (bedrooms, hall, stairs & landing)

  Shopping experience in store was everything we could hope for. Expertise and advice was very helpful in making our choices, with questions answered and clear explanations. Carpet fitter Bradley was excellent! Despite being short of manpower due to staff illness, he worked solidly to complete the job on time, putting in extra hours. He was polite and courteous and kept us informed of progress. A pleasure to have around!

  To replace a carpeted living room floor with an engineered wood floor

  We were given excellent advice as to the type of wood we might choose in their extensive showroom. There was no feeling of being rushed into a decision and all our questions were dealt with knowledgeably. The fitters were highly professional and their workmanship was superb. We now have a new floor and are really pleased that we chose Higher Ground of Camberley to carry out the work. Highly recommended.

  Replacement of carpet on landing

  Excellent! Nothing but good experiences with this company. Gerard the owner has a great eye for detail and is incredibly polite and knowledgeable. The showroom is beautiful! Fitters (Bradley and Rob) were fantastic, quick and tidy in their work. 4th time using Higherground…won’t be the last! Thanks again.

  Hall carpet and stair runner.

  The folks at Higherground were extremely helpful in easing the painful path of deciding weave/material/colour/pattern/finish etc right through to agreeing a fitting programme. The fitter we had, Ben, was always on time, always polite and very professional. We are delighted with the end result and more than happy to recommend Higherground.

  Great Service

  We ordered a rug on line. Higherground beat other stockist by 10%. The rug was delivered within the specified time. Queries were dealt with promptly and politely. We would thoroughly recommend Higherground.
