Servicing the gas fire
Michael Bennett responded quickly and turned up as arranged. He cleared the chimney as well as the gas fire and provided me with the necessary certificate. Not always easy to find someone who is trained in gas fire servicing. Job completed as planned and to the agreed price.

Underfloor Heating Repair

Increase the efficiency of our 16 year old hydronic underfloor heating,
I was directed to Michael by Polypipe Building Products as manufacturers of our UFH system. The original set up was unsatisfactory in part and given the energy crisis, we wanted to see if we could improve efficiency. Within minutes of inspecting the existing configuration, Michael was able to recognise the issues and suggest the necessary remedial action. Michael's system upgrades coupled with the Hive smart thermostats he installed at our request, have revolutionised our home heating. Michael is an underfloor heating wizard :-)

Fixed my boiler
Mike was very professional and accommodated my lack of availability by working quite late in the day. He identified the boiler required a new fan, ordered one quickly and installed it within a couple of days. Heating and hot water now works in the house, so thank you.

Replaced radiator
Excellent service as always from Hot and Cold Flushes. Contacted Tuesday, quote Wednesday and work done Thursday. Could not ask for more, arrived on time and cleaned up after. Replaced a rusty old radiator and leaking valve. Would happily recommend to all.
