Replaced bath, toilet and basin.
Mike is very approachable and is eager to answer questions, well informed and confident. Mike arrived on time and he was accurate with his work and polite, even when working in enclosed spaces. He ensured our flat stayed clean, and stayed well within budget. Very happy, would definitely recommend his services.

Repaired boiler and serviced both.
Nice and polite, turned up on time, fixed our boiler , then serviced them both, worked quickly and efficiently and was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him and will certainly use him again.

Fixing a boiler problem.
Mike is a very pleasant and professional man to deal with. When I first contacted him he said that he would not be able to come round to see me for about a week but was then able to slip me in sooner. He assessed what needed to be done, ordered the parts and came a few days later once the parts had arrived. I am very satisfied with both his approach and his ability.

Replace a new part on the gas boiler.
Mike was brilliant a true gent and knew his trade well. We were not fobbed off with things that did not need to be done and I would definitely recommend Mike and look forward to him coming back to service my gas boiler annually

New boiler, controls and system flush.
Work to be carried out in my 89yr old mothers house so important that we were confident about the quality of workmanship, customer care and price. We had researched what we wanted done and checked likely prices but used the very helpful information held on Checkatrade particularly company reviews by customers. Highly satisfied on all counts, great customer care, fair market price, timely work from morning till night, a clean working environment and kept informed at every stage with what was taking place. Job completed on time and to our total satisfaction. I would highly recommend.

Removal of old boiler, installation of new one plus improvements
Michael kept in touch with me before during and after the work was completed as I was away from the house at the time. He indicated an improvement that could be made to the system and quoted a very reasonable price that I accepted and the work was done within the original timetable. Everything worked perfectly and he came to see me a few days after to check that I understood how the new system worked. He also indicated that I should apply for the guarantee to ensure that I got the full 5 year guarantee at no extra cost. All in all a great job, thank you!

Diagnose heating issue, then source, replace faulty pump.
Mike was able to get over to us the same day as initial contact. He quickly established why our heating was not working and replaced the broken water pump accordingly. Will certainly be the first call I make should we need a plumber in the future.
