Installation of new water tank.
After reading the previous feedback comments. I decided to employ Mike to install a water tank for my mum. When Mike commenced the work, he also realised that the central heating pump had become corroded and needed replacing. He kept me and my mum fully informed at all times and carried out the work to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend Mike and would certainly employ him again.

New boiler, tank and radiators.
It can be hard to know what to say in reviews, but this one writes itself. Mike turned up on time and as requested to quote, then very shortly after came a detailed and highly competitive estimate. Having accepted the estimate work started on time. Every step of the way I was kept informed and given option where challenges presented themselves with all work being completed to the agreed quote and within time. His work is very neat and he clearly takes time and pride in his work. I can honestly say that my house was actually cleaner after each day of work than I was at he start. I have had him back to do some more work and it too has been competitively priced and completed professionally. Mike is a genuinely good guy and I enjoyed having him here. He will be my plumber / heating engineer of choice and recommendation for future so much so he's doing my parents boiler too! Thanks Mike.

Installation of a new boiler.
I was looking for advice on certain aspects of this job and Mike was able to provide very helpful guidance. Mike was certainly the type of person you could trust and leave to do the work when I wasn't around. The additional work was charged at a very reasonable rate and accommodated within the planned time scale. Also very happy with the work done by the person supporting Mike on this occasion. Fixed poorly boiler.
Even though Mike said he wasn't sure about the make of boiler he fitted faulty part (thermo couple) and made sure the boiler was working and safe to use. Very helpful as was a emergency repair, came next afternoon from initial phone call.

Installing a new mixer tap in my kitchen.
Mike arrived on time and was very tidy. He had quite a problem with getting the old tap but he was so patient and it was wonderful to be able to turn the hot water on and off again. Just before he installed it I had to ring him and he returned my call very quickly. I would personally recommend Mike and have given his details to a friend of mine.
