  New Kitchen Installation

  This is the second time we have had Neil do work at our house. This time it was to install a new kitchen so a major consideration for us. As before Neil did an amazing job. He pays great attention to detail and finish and took alot of care. We noticed this last time he worked on our bathroom and so were already confident the kitchen would go well. He made sure we were kept updated at every stage of the process and chased the supplier when needed. He was always punctual. We couldn't recommend him highly enough. He was assisted by his son and also Graham on occasion both of whom were also great!

  Replace old bath with walk-in shower

  We were really pleased with the high standard of work Neil did in removing our old bath, installing a new walk-in shower, and all the making good and tiling required. He kindly did other bits of tidying up in the bathroom and loft for us too. He was friendly and very clean and tidy, we could not fault anything. He was very happy to answer questions and suggest good solutions for any issues that came up in the course of the work, which was completed right on time. We would thoroughly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

  Installation of a new kitchen

  Neil at House Proud did a fantastic job at installing our kitchen, the kitchen was a big mess which didn't faze him at all. From start to finish he was professional polite and very respectful of the property. Would highly recommend and will be looking at House Proud for future projects.

  General building and decorating

  Neil has worked for me for many years, and always does a very good job. He is very reliable and responsive, he enters into realistic discussions about what is needed and how long it will take. I feel extremely comfortable leaving Neil to do whatever is required and know that it will be finished to an extremely high standard.

  Removal of cupboard and fit of dishwasher

  I would highly recommend Neil to anyone needing work in their kitchen or bathroom (and have already done so). Neil is extremely knowledgeable, but doesn’t patronise when asked his advice. He is extremely easy to communicate with and very flexible in order to get the job done as quickly as possible. Neil is also very efficient and tidy in his work. Houseproud is also priced very reasonably. Highly recommended

  En-suite replacement and general repairs

  I found Neil on Checkatrade and he has been absolutely fantastic. Not only has he done general small repairs, he has been and had keys cut and looked after my remote flat. He has most recently done a fantastic job refitting my en-suite. He is very trustworthy and a great communicator.
