  A few things needing fixing ( new curtain pole in lounge - hand rail in hallway and glass window in outdoor hut ) as my daughter is leaving the rented cottage and wanted to show respect for the landlords property

  Jason (and his cousin who assisted ) were friendly, polite young men who did the jobs needed doing professionally and quickly and efficiently. We would recommend JLC Property Maintenance most definitely as we were pleased with the work done at the property. Thank you

  General Handy Work (Bath Panel)

  I was very impressed by Jason's communication and found him to be very accommodating. Based on my experience today, I wouldn't hesitate to ask Jason back to do some other work for me and would be very happy to recommend him :-) Jason is polite and professional - In the end it turned out to be a very small job but Jason was a lifesaver!

  Painted stairwell walls and ceilings

  Jason did an efficient and good quality job of painting the walls on our stairway, and was very flexible and friendly when quoting and organising the work. We’d definitely recommend his services to others

  Refurbishment of a house being let. Decorating throughout, re-fitting doors, kitchen units, light fittings, spraying radiators. Fitting aqa-panels in bathroonm and new shower. Carpentry work in bathroom and in hall.

  The house was in a terrible state after the tenants left. Jason started when agreed and completed everything brilliantly. It was an old house but he dealt with all the problems. The bathroom was especially difficult but he installed a new bath/shower in a very small space. Jason did everything to a very high standard and did many little extra jobs - like a new surround to the kitchen surface that lifted the room. Always positive, pleasant and very competent he did everything without drama or fuss in a limited time. Whatever the house threw at him he just solved it, Very nice to work with.

  Lighting, blinds, gutter and conservatory repair

  Jason is amazing. I would thoroughly recommend him. I have always struggled to find someone to do jobs that we can't do as we are not great at DIY. Jason has a really lovely manner and very willing to help and his work is great. I have just moved house and plan to use him in the future.
