• Fitting of rail in bath, also containing shower.

  The plumber, James Jackson arrived as arranged on the appointed day to install the shower rail. As a very reliable plumber from previous experience Mr Jackson arrived on time with the rail and appropriate tools to fit the rail. He was friendly, efficient and courteous. I would not consider using any alternative plumber for any household plumbing jobs, particularly in light of the fact that I am now widowed. Reliability is all important. (10 out of 10) !

• Leaking pipe

  Phoned Jackson Plumbing after we came home to find a leak in the bathroom, called Jackson Plumbing as we have used them in the past and we’re over the moon with their work (replacing toilet). Although we called them out as an emergency, they came within 30 minutes quickly found the leak and repaired it quickly. As always did an excellent job, was polite and courteous and left the bathroom as they found it. Would certainly recommend Jackson plumbing for any work you require. Thank you for coming out promptly and resolving the problem.
