My upholstery and furniture restoration company was founded nearly 6 years ago.

I have in total ran my own businesses for 36 years. My previous trades were decorating /tiling and conversion work, so I have a very good eye for colour coordination, design and dealing in a very professional way with my customers.

I have always been conscientious of turning up on the day and on time and am more then happy to discuss at length your needs and the best way to reach the results you are looking for.  But I'm afraid due to the size of my workshop and  the upholstery side of my business growing i have decided to restrict the size of furniture restoration that i can have in my workshop. This is mainly aimed at tables in size and quantity. This does not mean I'm stopping completely on tables so please don't hesitate to call me so that we can discuss it.

All small jobs, I'm more then happy to restore from book ends to boxes! I also specialise in painting furniture and as a painter for 30 years I can guarantee a quality finish in what ever style you want. Again all ages of furniture undertaken.

Restoration of a nursing char.

When the customer phoned to tell me how she felt about the chaise, I felt her manner could have been better. I’m a very reasonable person and ready to rectify any fair complaint, and had the communication between us not broken down I would have gone out of my way to rectify the issues she was not happy with. I charged her at a very reasonable rate to cover the cost of materials only and not labour, for recovering the whole of the chaise with calico which took me over a day. I’m afraid because of the breakdown in communication I feel it would be impossible for me to work this out without friction. I am sorry the customer feels this way and we have been unable to resolve the issues.
