  Fitting new range cooker

  Ian text me 20 mins before arrival, he fitted the oven with ease and was overly helpful, we spent more time chatting then it took him to fit the oven. Highly recommend and will use again.

  Fridge / Freezer Repair

  Fridge Freezer stopped working

  Very prompt in responding to me. Booked me in and visited on time. Very friendly and looked at the problem quickly and efficiently Identified the problem and gave me a solution and a quote. Unfortunately parts and repairs were close to the cost of a new fridge/freezer so I opted to decline the repairs but I was very happy with service

  Dishwasher Repair

  this turned out to be an electrical fault in our socket. the technician realised this early on and was able to get our dishwasher up and running. He explained everything, advised on what could be done and charged us a reasonable call out fee. Polite, friendly, professional and knowledgable. Would book again without hesitation.

  Electric Oven / Cooker Repair

  Very good service

  I can honestly say it was great dealing with Matt over at jb domestics. He was really open about the pricing and what he could deliver. When I needed a part he didn’t have he very quickly sourced it and charged a really good price for it. He then carried out the repair on a second day at no extra cost. Also he really communicated when he was coming and I could track this in the app. I’m really pleased with the work and I really feel like you can trust these guys. Would really recommend
