  Dishonest and unreliable builder.

  After accepting a competitive quote, was kept waiting for months while he kept pushing the date back. Eventually got some excuse that he couldn't get the materials, and finally didn't show up on the agreed date.

  Put in a sun tunnel and replaced a window into French doors and bricked in our doorway.

  Always on time, kept us up to date with all bespoke work offsite. Friendly, trustworthy, extremely professional.
