Mr Bayley was very polite and professional in the initial consultation with good choice of carpet samples. The 2 carpet fitters were very hard working, clean, considerate, polite and cleared up at the end of the day. Nothing was too much trouble. I would be happy to recommend them.

Mr Bayley knows his profession, excellent. Very very polite and well mannered. Arrived on time. Worked all through the day with only 20 minute for lunch-taken in their time. Did not even request refreshment they just professionally got on with their work. I would be happy to recommend them.

Carpets fitted to two bedrooms

Included in the quote was the taking up and disposal of old carpets, which was well worth the very low additional cost and they took with them my old carpets and the tiny off cuts left over from the new. I was also concerned about many boxed items of new furniture I had stored in the second bedroom; it was not necessary for me to clear the bedrooms completely and they work around the items. From placing my order, which was done in my own home, to the fitting was a matter of days. I can't recommend this company more highly.

3 bed house carpeted, Vinyl laid in kitchen

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout, including dealing with our changes to the fitting date and amount of materials required - responsive and prompt every time. The fitters themselves were quick, efficient, tidy and polite - a whole house in just over 6 hours! Amazed! Quality of work and materials - very pleased.

Would recommend John Bayley Carpets to anyone. John is knowledgeable, professional and was able to provide exactly what we needed. We got quotes from a number of carpet companies and John's was the most competitive. The quality of the carpet is fantastic and the guys who laid the carpet arrived on time, did a great job and left the flat in a clean and tidy state. I am 100% satisfied.
