Carpets.
Mr Bayley was very polite and professional in the initial consultation with good choice of carpet samples. The 2 carpet fitters were very hard working, clean, considerate, polite and cleared up at the end of the day. Nothing was too much trouble. I would be happy to recommend them.

Carpets laid.
Mr Bayley knows his profession, excellent. Very very polite and well mannered. Arrived on time. Worked all through the day with only 20 minute for lunch-taken in their time. Did not even request refreshment they just professionally got on with their work. I would be happy to recommend them.

Discuss, supply and fit carpets for 6 rooms plus stairs and landing
From first contact John was friendly, knowledgeable and generous with his time and advice.  We went through several different options, every time receiving help. We were never pressurised to buy something more expensive than we needed.  The fitting was done absolutely to the time scales promised, to an extremely high standard. We're delighted with the results. Why would you even think of going anywhere else for carpets??

Dining room and conservatory re-carpet and new underlay.
John is very friendly and gave helpful advice enabling us to choose carpet. Fitters were efficient, carried out a good job including door raising. All left clean and tidy. Have already recommended John to a friend.

Carpets to my whole flat.
John came out and I found him to be polite and very helpful, he measured the rooms that needed to be done then gave me a price that could not be turned down, UNBEATABLE!!  I was recommended and I would and will be doing the same thing, he went out of his way to make us happy and I would not think twice about using him again great work thanks.
