After Sales support for shower replacement

Kev provided an invoice to prove the warranty on an expensive shower block that failed and was part of an installation in one of the bathrooms his plumbing contractor installed as part of a wider extension project on my house. As a result a replacement/reconditioned shower block was supplied and fitted. The support was provided without any hesitation and demonstrated a positive attitude to customer after sales support for the occasional post build issues that sometimes arise.

Repairs and rectification work on some minor areas after extension build project.

Responded quickly and repositioned a facia board and replaced lead flashing which had detached itself from the brickwork following a windy few days.

Landscaping of grounds including drive

This work followed, after a gap, the building by this company of an extension. It involved creating new drive areas, fencing, substantial slabbing, building a retaining wall and creation of a pond. The work was done to a high standard and we are very pleased with the results.

Replacement to flat roof to porch/garage

3 days before we were due to go on holiday roof collapsed, Kev and his team came out and did the work within a day, great work, fast, couldn't ask for anymore, have used before.
