Repair to down lights in kitchen.
Completed work on day requested. All very speedily done by an expert and helpful team. All left clean and tidy with minimum of fuss. Strongly recommended.

Low wattage bulbs in old PIR lights and renew defective holders
Apparently excellent outside but about a month after signing quotation and acceptance I had to chase manager to schedule the (half-day's) work in week of fine weather for outside lights work - as if Keen Co. Forgot my acceptance quote and order. Internal work clean and tidy; electrician communicated well. Complaint is only NOT responding to my acceptance order to start the work. I award 5* as I hope these remarks copied to trader will result in improved management practice and follow-through.

We are surprised by the customers comments. We have worked for him for many years. We can only assume this was a misunderstanding. We had asked the customer to contact us when he would like the work completed. That he construed this as not responding is unfortunate.
