  Extension and porch

  Kev completed a large back extension with adjustments internally to support this space and further adjustments to the front of our home with a new front porch. He was unfazed by some challenges along the way and offered ideas and opportunities to adjust our plan as we progressed. A great service. We feel it was good value for money and would highly recommend. Thank you

  Don’t look any further!

  Kev has been our builder for about 15 years now. My wife found him on Checkatrade and we liked him from our first meeting. I have lost count of the number of projects he has done for us, from installing a window to a full blown demolition and extension build. He has a team of great people he can call on for plastering, plumbing, electrics, carpentry, etc. and they are all really nice people who deliver to very high standards. The thing with Kev, that we have found is that we can give him a vision of what we want doing and he turns it into reality.

  Front and rear extensions

  What can I say I known Kev as my builder for many years and has done all my work he has built me a fantastic rear and front extension on my bungalow his manner and knowledge during the build has been brilliant I would highly recommemd Kev to anybody

  Kev and his team built us an extension

  We have worked with Kev for many years and he always does great work. This extension work was no exception. It was built within the 12 weeks stated, it was on budget and the quality of the work is great. Kev made our vision into reality and worked with us to deal with any challenges, of which there weren’t really any! Kev coordinated everything with the plumbers, electrician, joiners and council making everything so much easier for us! Everyone who worked on the job were polite, very skilled and we now have people we will always call in the future.

  Removal of side porch and bricking up

  Only a small job but Kevin took time and trouble , we are very pleased with his workmanship. The new bricks match very well with the side wall. Tidy, polite and came when he said he would or messaged if any delay.

  Repair and replace garden wall

  Our garden wall was severely damaged in a storm. It required making safe, removing damaged areas, certain repairs, rebuilding and strengthening. Kevin Howlett Builders, who we have used for other works, completed the job on time and in line with the original quote. Kevin himself did all the work, including quality blockwork, all to our and insurers satisfaction. We are delighted with the work, how tidy Kevin kept the site, the respect shown not only to our home but also the plants within the garden area he was working.
