Mr Welling attended a very dear, elderly friend of mine, boiler.

Kevin was an absolute professional. He quickly established the cause of the problem. The customer is very elderly and Kevin put her at ease and was exceedingly polite and helpful. I can not thank him enough for the professional service that my friend received, highly recommendable! Thank you!

Biler breakdown - Repair

Came as quickly as he could after breakdown of our boiler, once he had got a new part he arrived very soon after.

Rectify plumbing problem on central heating

Radiator was constantly on, trader came said it was a valve problem and replaced. The problem still occurred and when speaking to trader he said he was going on holiday and could not come out. Since then I have not been able to contact trader. I have since had to call out another plumber to rectify the problem and pay another bill.

Response from Kevin Welling:
I diagnosed a faulty motorised valve and after purchasing one returned the next day to fit. I explained that I was only going to change the head initially as it was not working and told her to monitor the situation which I highlighted on the bill as well. The customer rang me 4 days later to say the problem was still there and I explained that I was going on holiday and could it wait until I returned she agreed. On my return the customer rang me and said that she had got it done by someone else and wanted her money back I explained that I was never given the opportunity to return to the site and that if she returned my valve head I would refund the labour (I also fitted a tap as well and charged the labour for 2 calls) the rest was parts and VAT. I spoke to the customer on 3 separate occasions after my return so in fact she is mistaken in that she has not been able to contact me although since I asked for the return of the valve I have had no contact from her until now.

Monitoring tenants' central heating and water heaters and being willing to help as much as possible

We use Kevin for all our rented properties. Our tenants speak highly of his courteous and professional manner. He is totally trustworthy going in on short notice even in emergency failed water heater situations where the outlook is total replacement. He will give a shot at repairs first thus saving us money..

New complete boiler and towel radiator

I was highly impressed with Kevin and his teams work. Kevin came out initially to give us a quote for a replacement boiler and started the next week with his team. The work was to a high standard and looks professional. I asked for them to add a towel radiator in (which wasn't in the initial quote) however Kevin was happy to install this. He gave us the options of what boilers were available and how they worked, along with the economic side of the boiler. The boiler gave us a new lease of life ! Superb service. Thanks to Kevin and Team :)
