    The work was done well, staff were polite and professional. They were attentive to our concerns over ensuring the profiling of the tiles around the mouldings was accurate. They followed our request to locate certain slightly less attractive tiles beneath appliances. Very good service. We will be using them again for our dining room.

    Excellent service as usual from the Kimbers team , especially Paul. This is probably the fourth or fifth carpet I’ve had supplied and fitted by Kimbers. Great local company , excellent advice , punctual reliable fitting and always there to pick up the phone - a rare thing these days. Would highly recommend .

    Kimbers laid lino in two rooms, after 4 months they had to come back and relay it as it wasn't properly laid first time. Also, because I am disabled, I had to employ a third party to move my furniture

    The whole experience was great. Good advice on which carpet and underlay to go for in multiple rooms and then the fitting was very quick and they were very considerate. No mess left and were nice chaps who we felt comfortable in the house.

    I cannot recommend Kimbers enough. The measuring, carpet selection and planning for fitting was all straight forward. Where Kimber's came into their own was when I had decided that they were due to start fitting the new carpet the day before they were actually booked to do so. I had already moved my furniture outside onto my patio. I rang to find out where my fitters where and was somewhat terse on the phone. Despite it being entirely my mistake, I was treated with friendly courtesy and another fitter was organised to come and fit my lounge carpet asap. Top marks for customer service.
