• Structural repair to arch

  This was the third job Lewis and his team have done for me, and I didn't hesitate to call him for this one. As other reviewers have stated, Lewis is a very reliable and friendly guy who maintains a good level of communication so you always know what has been done, and what is happening next. As this was a structural problem, I needed it fixed quickly and I'm grateful to Lewis for finding the time to fit the job in around his schedule. Highly recommended.

  Lewis and Tommy did an excellent job building from scratch, our garden office.Both courteous and hardworking nothing was too much trouble.Working to a very high standard and keeping us informed of progress at every stage.We would highly recommend Lewis and Tommy.

• Arranged demolition of a shed and replacement of a fence

  Lewis provided a competitive quote for the full works and liaised with 3rd parties as the demolition required an approved asbestos removal contractor. When the first phase was completed, ahead of schedule, he promptly made arrangements to get a fence quickly erected so the site was left secure. Good communication throughout. Would use again and would recommend.

• House Extension

  LJN Building did an amazing job on our extension. Communication on a daily basis regarding what work had been carried out and what was coming up next. They arrived on site on time and tidied up before leaving every day. Discussed any issues that came up whilst building and sorted solutions. Managed all deliveries and dealt quickly with any issues. Couple of snags at the end which were dealt with promptly. High attention to detail and a superb finish. A great team and I would highly recommend.

• Kitchen Extension

  We had several builders come round to look and quote for our kitchen extension. Lewis from LJN Building was by far the most detailed, informative, knowledgeable and listened to our requirements. From the start of work Lewis, Tommy and Patrick were extremely professional and exceptional workers. Nothing is too much trouble and they always went the extra mile to meet our needs. Lewis always kept us informed through each stage of the job and was always on hand for advise. I would 100% recommend LJN Builders, their workmanship is outstanding and our house is finished to perfection.

  This is the 4th or 5th time I have used LJN at our current property. Lewis is a great bloke - very friendly and keeps you updated throughout. Likewise also for the guys working with him. The quality of workmanship is always to a high standard and any issues are dealt with, with no fuss. Would happily use him again for the next project.
