  It was all about the service for me. Excellent from start to finish. From Russel who did the survey (he came twice and was super professional, and friendly, to Jack who was always available on the phone to offer advice (even when I mentioned I was going with someone else when he followed up) to the two gentlemen who came to install - Karl and Jack, it was a wonderful experience. They came when they said they would, they did what they said they would and didn't make me feel uncomfortable in my own home for the two days they were here. If you are looking for peace of mind, look no further!!!

  Lime Green was one out of three companies I contacted. They were very competitive and knowledgeable. Jack was lovely to deal with over the telephone and I didn't feel hassled to make up my mind. They came out quickly to fine me a quote Kevin and Russell were great. I decided to go with them and they did a fantastic job all completed with no problems at all, no mess very professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend and will definitely use in the future.   We had a lovely man come and quote for the boiler. I can't remember his name which is a shame as he was great! Danny quoted for the rewire (owner of the company). I refused to speak to him after he pressured me into agreeing to pay £300 cash for "plasterers" ("the job could not be signed off until this was done").Work is abysmal. Wolfie, the electrician was great at his job but the laborers ripped our house apart. Danny said "well, you'll be taking back to brick anyway" - not his decision to make! They arrived 4 hours late on the 1st day and Danny rushed through the layout with sudden changes!

  Survey organised quickly and happy with quotation. Installation followed within a week. Installation team arrived as promised and were friendly, efficient, helpful and clean and tidy. The work was finished within one day. Follow up call from office next day to check that all had gone to plan (as it had) and that we were happy (which we were). Interest free payments over 24 months were arranged. I’m very happy to recommend LimeGreen.

• New combi boiler installation and old system removal.

  We had a surveyor out to check what work needed to be completed and he was very polite and put us at ease throughout. The lads on the phone we’re honest and helpful and did not put pressure on us in any way. The engineers came out and they ripped out the old tank and boiler while upgrading the pipe work. They completed everything by 1530 and the quality of the work was of the highest of standards. They explained the new system clearly and were polite throughout. I was very impressed with how hardworking the engineers were and nothing phased them. Would highly recommend LimeGreen to anyone!!
