Large new decked sun terrace, artificial grass lawn, fencing

Would wholeheartedly recommend Stuart and his team. Excellent workmanship, imaginative design, tidy, helpful in adapting to my changes of details, and very easy to work with. We have dogs and all the boys were great at keeping gates shut etc and tolerating them. Can't wait to start planting and organising the beds and decks. We have gone from a wilderness to a garden we can really enjoy. Roll on summer.

Walls repaired and rendered, existing flower bed built up and laid with sandstone slabs to form seating, erected linear fencing and planted flowerbeds

We chose Living Colour because during the initial consultation. Stuart seemed to grasp very quickly what we wanted and also added some useful suggestions. The work was carried out quickly and to a very high standard. Stuart and Ryan were very professional yet friendly. They arrived promptly each morning and left the place clean and tidy at the end of each day. David offered welcome advice on suitable plants, then carried out the purchase and planting. Overall we are very happy with the end result and the team was a pleasure to have around and work with!

Stuart visited and saw our existing jungle of a garden. He went away and came back promptly with some designs which we discussed and chose a final design. The estimate was about what we had envisaged and we gave the go ahead. Stuart gave us a start date and was there as agreed. He and his team, who were very personable and professional, worked extremely hard and in some very wet weather at times. Their attention to detail was first class and the choice of plants was perfect. From having a garden we did not use to sit out in or barbecue we now have a beautiful garden we will enjoy for many years to come. We highly recommend Living Colour Landscapes. Replacement of lawn by decking

Done with great care - and clearly a love of making something beautiful. Stuart and his team worked like oxen - thus finishing the job in record time. The original quote came in beyond our budget so Stuart spent time working out how the work could be trimmed to fit our needs. Really great company. We'll definitely be back if we want more work on our garden.

Living Colour Landscapes have done a first class job on our garden. Before they began Stuart came to see the garden and talk about the various options and ideas that he had and looked at the garden which was a an ivy filled overgrown mess. Taking into account our budget he returned a couple of weeks later with several designs for us to consider. He then took into account our comments on the designs and came back with a final design and quote. The work itself took two weeks and is fantastic. We made a couple of changes to the design while they were in progress which they were happy to take on board and incorporate into the design. Due to our location all materials had to be carried through our house but with the exception of a little dust you would not have known that they had been in the house once they had left in the evenings. The quality of the work is first class and I would highly recommend them both on the quality of the work and the value that it was offered at.

Stuart and his team have transformed a very average garden into an exceptional one. Due to the time of year it is yet to be planted but the layout and design has made a much better use of the space. We wanted a child friendly garden that was low maintenance with a contemporary feel. We are over the moon with the result and cannot speak highly enough of Stuart and his team who were a real pleasure to have around. Their attention to detail is fantastic and the quality of finish is top notch.

Patio garden cleared, repaved, surrounding wall and garden border

I was encouraged from the outset by the imaginative company name and well presented portfolio of previous work. Whilst engaged with the work on my garden, Stuart and his colleagues were at all times polite and sensitive to the aspects of restructuring my garden and the potential upheaval this might cause to the rest of the house. They were most careful to ensure that the work was carried out neatly and with a minimum of mess. I appreciate the fact that I was kept informed on each development prior to it taking place, and the efforts that were made to adjust the plans to ongoing changes wherever this seemed advisable. The results were in every way far in advance of my hopes or expectations. From a tangled growth of foliage which had become beyond my ability to adequately manage, I now have a beautifully paved patio area which lets more light into the house and provides maximum space for garden furniture from next summer. The wall with a garden border is a neatly contained concept and will be quite sufficient for me to begin replanting in the spring, with the opportunity to enjoy my garden in a troublefree environment. The original suggestion of a wooden bin store for my recycling box was willingly amended to a slightly larger creation that neatly contains brooms, gardening tools and any other equipment that might otherwise be left around making the garden look untidy. All my previous soil was reused, and at the conclusion of the work everything of no further use was cleared away and the whole area left in immaculate condition. I was provided with suggestions for new plants, and was assured that I could contact the company at any time in the future if I felt I needed more advice or a problem occurred. I am delighted to have had the opportunity to meet Stuart and his team and look forward to keeping in touch with them.
