  Best removals company I have used. They went above and beyond to help us.

  I have used Love Removals twice in the last year while we renovated our home. They were excellent both times. The team were friendly, professional and efficient. We moved a 4 bed house full (and I mean full!) of furniture plus 9 bikes and lots of heavy sports equipment. They took care of our furniture and belongings, including some large and difficult to move items. They made sure that everything was carefully rebuilt in the new location and placed exactly where we wanted it. They were even great with our dog who was very stressed on the day.

  Hard working and reliable.

  Really easy experience dealing with this company, the booking was straight forward and the move went extremely smoothly. They arrived on time, were most careful packing the items to be moved and were so helpful in moving all the furniture and boxes to the specific rooms at the new address. They stayed on site and available whilst things were unpacked, helping to move the larger pieces for furniture around. The guys undertaking the work were friendly and hard working. I would definitely use them again.

  Love - Love Removals!

  Love removals took the stress out of moving. I would absolutely recommend this company ,from start to finish the service was brilliant. The two chaps who moved our belongings were friendly, efficient and helpful.

  Quick, professional and kind

  I was very happy with love and have recommended them to two friends. The team were professional and did everything that we had discussed. One of the lads even saved my neighbour who was locked out of her house by climbing in her window! They were quick and nice to chat to and I was delighted with them.

  House removal including bed dismantled and the put back together

  I have used this company for years and I wouldn't even consider using any other company. They work so hard and I think we've met every removal man who are all really nice. Nothing is too much trouble and they definitely earn their money. I couldn't recommend this company enough!!

  Brutal Packing & Removals Team

  I had them pack up and move my things 2x in a year. Both times the owner came for an on-site quote... and then did NOT pass on anything we discussed to the 3-man Removals team. Items were scratched & damaged, mainly due to NO coverings or protection, even when I provided the materials. They didn't bother to unscrew the legs from the sofa, armchair & footstool. They used NO covering for a 7-drawer chest of drawers worth £600. They tried to bring in the bottom slats of a double bed frame into a narrow staircase, without taking it apart, even though I provided an electric screwdriver. Brutal!!

  We are really disappointed to read this review, as we do not believe it reflects the service provided. No concerns were raised during the move, despite the customer being present throughout. Upon completion, the customer thanked our three-man team, hugged each member, and said, “Good job, thank you.” We take great care with customers’ belongings and would have welcomed the opportunity to address any issues at the time. We therefore strongly disagree with the comments and scores, which we do not feel reflect the service delivered.
