Repair of 2 door handles that would no longer open the doors

Very efficient and tidy, lovely manner, would definately use her again, knew exactly what the problem was as sson as she looked at the handles, brilliant!

Installed a new set of locks for front door, Yale and deadbolt

I was given Lucy's card a few years ago at my workplace and she came then to replace rack bolts. When my locks on my front door wore out and needed to be upgraded I called again. Reigate, where I live, is not her usual area of work, but she arranged to come out anyway and worked it into my day off. She was on time, quick, neat and thorough. Thank you Lucy!
