  Double Storey Side Extension, Wall Removal + fitting new kitchen and bathroom.

  Brilliant! The work was finished to a very high standard and we love it! Kevin, Neil and their team were polite, professional and organised. They kept us informed every step along the way and they were always happy to answer any queries/questions we had. They really care about the work they do and their customers. We would 110% recommend M&M Builders to anyone wanting a professional builder with a high quality finish and excellent customer service.

  Single storey extension for kitchen and laundry room

  We contracted M&M Builders to complete our single storey extension and they did an outstanding job. The drawings I had done by an Architect were not the best which presented some problems but they always had a solution. Throughout the build they also provided advice on design aspects and things we wouldn’t have considered. One of the other big advantages is that they sourced all the necessary tradesmen who were also excellent. Unfortunately we were delayed in finishing the full project due to lockdown but they completed all their work in 10 weeks which included a patio and driveway.

  Conservatory removal, knock through and new extension constructed

  A fantastic result from the guys. We are delighted with the completed works and were so impressed with the attitude and professionalism from start to finish especially as there were points during the works that were always going to be challenging as we were still living in our house but with the superb customer focus from the guys it made the experience run so much more efficiently.

  Rebuild

  Kevin and Neil exceeded expectations and went above and beyond to complete an emergency repair. The work was carried out to the highest standard and they were fully committed to complete the job within a tight time scale. They are friendly and approachable while maintaining a high level of workmanship. They are reliable and honest, I have used them before and will definitely use them again and would highly recommend.
