Re-felt a flat lounge roof
After what a appeared to be a good job carried out on our roof, this has been negated by a lack of "completion". I have not yet received a receipt for the cost paid in full on the day, nor a warranty statement. There are still two outstanding problems to be rectified. My repeated phone messages (left) are ignored.
