We had a wall rebuilt after it was hit by a lorry
The job was discussed and planned and a quote received which was a very fair price for the work to be carried out. The repair was completed to a great standard and the site left very clean and tidy afterwards. New Build
This was a complete New Build Detached House in Clanfield plus additional works as required. It was nice to be able to let MJDaly Construction carry out the work with no concerns. They were proactive in helping to resolve issues relating to Planning and Building Regulation Requirements. Extension and refurbishment, ground works.
This is the third time that we have worked with Mark. He is always polite and careful, and does very good work. He responded positively to spec changes on the way through, and made a lot of useful suggestions, many of which we adopted (for example a change in cladding material). Some issues are inevitable on a large project such as this, but these were always addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. At all times I felt that Mark was doing what we wanted, rather than blindly following the spec. Large extension and groundworks

Replace house roof.
Mark and his team removed the roof, replaced battens, felt and tiles, cleared out the roof space and then boarded the loft, replaced the guttering, installed two veluxes and made a light tunnel into the stairwell. All done to budget, turned up when they said they would, tidied up as they went. Having a new roof takes time and is quite intrusive so being able to say they were polite and thoughtful throughout and no surprises is great. High level terrace and steps rebuilt.
