We are a family building company with over 20 years experience. We are very competitive, but offer high standards of work at all times. We are willing to tackle any job, small or large and are happy to provide advice on specific requirements. Various building projects over 10 years+

Mark is a very reliable builder, who delivers exactly what he quotes with no nonsense and no fuss. I have been using him for more than 10 years, and been delighted every time. Nothing is too much trouble, he controls the jobs and his workmen and suppliers, keeps everything clean and tidy. Prices very reasonable. A1 builder, would go to him first every time.

Re-pointing of house, new window installed inc. Redecoration of room and various other small jobs

Mark and Darren were excellent. The work was carried out exactly as agreed and they were extremely flexible in both making adjustments where requested and taking on a number of extra jobs. Quality of workmanship was very good and we are very pleased with the end job. They were great to have around and a good laugh, and tidied up after their work. Would thoroughly recommend.

Single story extension

The work was well managed throughout the six weeks on site. The team arrived early, worked continually, and cleared up every day before departure. Subsequent additions were incorporated, and the additional costs fully explained, and were reasonable. A first class organisation, recommended without reservation.

Remove internal walls and external door aperture and construct shell for new shower room

Had discussed proposed modifications with Mark for a couple of months prior to purchasing this house. Despite a constantly moving completion date Mark was able to commence work within 6 working days of the actual completion date. Even with my last minute changes to the work scope Mark completed with no fuss. Mark was reliable and kept me well informed and nothing was too much trouble. Cleaned up every day and kept site tidy. I would recommended without reservation.

New double-garage build with store room above

We would thoroughly recommend Mark's company. The work was completed on time, exactly to the agreed estimate. Everything was extremely well managed and co-ordinated. Every stage of the work was clearly explained to us in advance and two small extra pieces of work we needed/ wanted were very flexibly accommodated. Mark and his team were all really friendly people and just so easy to get along with. Mark's ability to project manage his team; supplier deliveries; building control etc was frankly phenomenal. We will be recommending them to our friends and would use Mark's company again, anytime.

An extension back of attached garage - 'garden room' 4 x 3 sqm.

We found Mark and Darren to be cheerful and efficient in the face of very bad weather - work begun 4 Jan then delayed by snow so real start date was a week later. They worked through rain and mud and kept going until the end, this month. They were as tidy as they could be in such conditions and after the room was completed they took on the job of paving most of the back garden, which they did very well and gave us good advice on how to cope with the remainder.

Two Storey Extension
