  Seamless Construction

  Mr Palmer has excellent knowledge of construction and materials, and is open to customer requirements and custom requests. He built a brick outbuilding exactly to the specification plans. He is a good driver of construction vehicles in very tight spaces such as alleyways and cramped gardens, despite hostile weather at the time and dozens of repeat trips. Where Mr Palmer really shines is his procurement of materials, logistics, and organisation of sub-services (e.g. poured concrete, electrics) into a seamless conveyor belt of building progression.

  Mark was giving me advice and consultation on a rear extension project

  2nd Renovation project completed. Absolutely delighted, great team working with Mark. Neighbours very happy and commented how clean and tidy they were throughout the project. Highly recommend. Looking forward to No3.

  Excellent builder who did a professional job

  Mark carried out a job in our kitchen. This involved demolishing a chimney stack and removing an old pantry shelf. Mark completed the work carefully and with expertise, ensuring everything was kept as clean as possible. Mark did a fantastic job, and made sure he was there when the structural engineer visited to sign off on the job. We're really pleased, and would recommend Mark without any reservations.
