He may only be a new addition to Checkatrade but
do not be guided by that, this man has decades of sound experience under his belt
which will stand you in good stead for any size building project. We have worked
with Matt for nine years and couldn't have done many of our works without his
dedicated untiring approach with which he will tackle even the most difficult or
unusual tasks. He will cost things up for you down to each nail, suggest
different designs, get you samples and act as a quasi project manager. He has
built a small house for us, has built various sized bedding and front walls, he
has tiled for us, recently he has built a manhole and even sorted the street
sewer blockage which others had failed to spot, and he has laid drive slabs. He
stands out as with a honest and common sense of approach which will get you
your money's worth. One example of his versatility that we particularly like to
highlight is the we shifted two huge marble Foo lions (which had been shipped
from China - 250 kilos each) from our front drive through the side of the
house onto their final position half way down the garden. It took a whole day and
needed special equipment to hoist the status over a wall and through the house,
all of which Matt advised us on and got a reasonably prices tool hire. In short
- choose him and you are in good hands.
