A family-run business, with husband and wife team Trish and Lee Marsden at the helm, who have a vast knowledge of the industry going back more than 20 years. Repeat customers and recommendations are the basis of their business. We understand that standing in a showroom, trying to imagine how a carpet or floor will look in your home or commercial space can be difficult. We solve this by bringing to you samples and brochures. This means we can offer you our free expert advice to help you select the best choices based on your needs in the environment where the flooring will actually be used. It is important to receive impartial advice – in your own surroundings. You won’t find any pushy sales person here!

Replaced flooring in lounge and bathroom

I needed new flooring in my guest house lounge/breakfast room and an en-suite I was remodeling. Lee gave me great advise to help me choose the most appropriate flooring. It was fitted exactly when I wanted it done so as to accommodate my customer bookings. It looks great and perfectly suits my needs.

New carpet laid in a bedroom

We were very nervous about having a new carpet laid as previous experiences had been very off putting. Marsdens were very reassuring and being a family firm helped us to feel confident. The two fitters were so careful of the new paintwork and were extremely pleasant, tidy and clean. They even helped us to put our pine wardrobes back in place. We thoroughly recommend this firm and will use them again without hesitation.

Fitted a wooden lounge and hall floor plus a new stairs and landing carpet.

We received a friendly service plus good advice and no pressure to buy which made us feel very comfortable and confident about the whole process. Floor samples were provided to take away so we were totally happy with our choice and ultimately everything was as quoted as well as being on time and to estimate. We are very, very happy with the finished job. Next time we want some more flooring we know where we will be going to. Personal service at its best.
