I have been trading as MKH Carpentry for 21 years, after completing an extensive 5 year apprenticeship during which I won the apprentice of the year 1988, also giving me the opportunity to be trained by many skilled craftsmen during my working experience.
As a result I am able to offer a wide range of carpentry, joinery, and cabinetry services, to a high standard, specialising in Bespoke, or made to measure built in furniture, such as kitchens, bedroom wardrobes and also freestanding furniture in many types of timber, including MDF for painting.
I start by visiting you at your home, discussing what you require, you will then receive a computer designed scale drawing to base the quotation on, and on acceptance a date will be booked in my diary for the work to be undertaken.
I also undertake high spec 2nd fix, stair banister renovation, siding sash window construction, or renovation, decking, doors, infact if you have a picture of something in timber I can usually make it.
All bespoke work is carried out in my small workshop, then fitted onsite by myself.
My quotation will not allow for decoration, but I am able to recommend decorators if necessary.
