This business was started by me Douglas Coe in May 2002.

I have had 40 years experience working in various aspects of the furnishings industry and am very used to working with people to help them to achieve the "look" or "feel" they desire.


As a business we are known for good quality products installed to high specification. We supply a lot of "Silent Gliss" curtain tracking and stock 3 of their ranges in considerable depth. All of these ranges are made of Aluminium and can be permanently shaped to fit most bow bay shaped windows. We also supply their poles and various of their other products. We do use other manufacturers for tracking but do not supply plastic curtain tracks.
We also supply and fit window blinds and launched our own range in August 2010. This is a range aimed at the domestic market and is a low cost high value product....a very good value for money range.
For the discerning commercial customer we supply several specialist ranges of blinds which have coatings and treatments relevant to the residential care sector in particular...anti-fungal for example. We also do several ranges that reflect heat and light back outside and are very popular with office workers.
We also work closely with certain curtain manufacturers and suppliers and offer ranges of curtains & Roman Blinds of high quality which can be made and fitted within 3 weeks! We do also make up curtains for customers in their own material.

We  provide ranges of specialist curtain fabrics, which again can be made up into curtains and fitted in about 3 weeks. Some are fire retardant and fully washable to comply with the latest N.H.S. regulations. These products are sold at very modest prices and come with our full back-up and guarantee.

We have always availed ourselves of on-going product training and will continue to do so. We have full public liability insurance and will not have anyone with us who has not been C.R.B. checked for their suitability to work in private and commercial premises.

Fitted pulley operated bay track

Doug completed the job to a very high standard from start to finish. He communicated by email, text and phone and was even able to accept payment via a card machine. We were shown samples beforehand and given time to think about what was best for us. The job was also completed on a Saturday, which was ideal for us. During fitting, Doug respectfully removed his shoes and had his own slippers to wear inside, which was a lovely touch. He's a great example of what tradesmen can be and we would recommend him without hesitation!

4 venetian blinds and curtains

Supplied and fitted curtain rail and full length curtains to big bay window and fixed new curtain rails in bedroom to replace old ones.

Very pleased with the work carried out. Doug was able to advise us about the choice of curtains we wanted and what work was involved in fitting the curtain rail and curtains. He had plenty of samples to show us and the curtains we chose were ready for fitting very quickly. As we opted for full length curtains we had to have brackets fitted to bring the rail away from the bay window which involved a considerable amount of work. Doug was very professional and was very courteous. He made sure that he made as little mess as possible and worked very hard all day to ensure our curtains look their best!

Metal curtain tack round square bay window

Very glad not done a DIY bodge myself! Douglas was full of experience and good advice. The metal track with runners bent to fit is a very neat, discreet looking and smooth running solution for a square bay. No more tugging curtains round a plastic track! Couldn't be happier with the fair price and prompt service. Would highly recommend.
