    Demolish old garage and shed, build new garage on same site

    A friendly and efficient team, who approached the job in a professional manner. Also willing to work with us on fine detail. Prompt return for final adjustments post-completion.

    Building repair works, structural repairs to support for removed chimney breast, internal repairs.

    The service given was very helpful. Advice was given on what was required to get the work done. Someone was at the end of the phone to give helpful advice.

    Rebuild and refurbish a 20 year old out house to make a potting shed.

    Excellent in all aspects, they were prepared to adapt and quote to a budget - and stick to it.

    New windows and door plus outside patio and block paving paths.

    I consider the service to be very good, few demands and it ran largely on time. The finish on the work is of a high standard.

    Partial demolition to modern alterations plus interior and exterior test pits to assist an archaeological survey of a Grade II" listed building

    These works were carried out at very short notice. Nigel could not have been more helpful. He had to get plumbers and electricians in to make the site safe, several diggers to create the test pits and remove a large area of concrete slab. All taking the utmost care due to the age and importance of the building, He had to be on site whilst a structural engineer, architect and archaeologist examined the revealed historic fabric and what was below ground to assist with any further excavations. He then filled everything back in and left the site 100% clean and tidy. I could not recommend him more.
