Replace dripping feed tank ballcock in awkward position.

Quite rightly prioritised other heating jobs, given the freezing weather, but still squeezed in this relatively minor job. Done quickly, efficiently and explained what was being done. Billed promptly at reasonable amount. Deserves his good ratings.

New boiler installation.

Neil responded promptly to my initial call and came round within a couple of hours to diagnose the problem. The boiler was installed a couple of days later as arranged. Neil was very keen to make sure we understood exactly what had gone wrong and what the options were; he was on-time, courteous, tidy and kept to his quote.
