Neil did a very good job of replacing my radiators. His work was thorough, he tidied up each day, and the price was very reasonable. He was trustworthy and I felt happy to leave him in the house. I would be happy to recommend this company.

Replace 10 radiators.
I would fully recommend Neil Wallis for his professional approach to this job! The difficulty was the system being micro bore pipe work from stud wall. His workmanship is excellent, always keeping the home owner informed on progress and protective of the property. Willing to stay late to achieve the task. A most trustworthy tradesman and an excellent job done!

Total refurbishment of downstairs cloakroom.
Neil turned up on time every day, was polite, chatty and friendly. He was very fussy with his work, and thought everything through carefully and chatted with us at every step. I particular like this attention to detail and was fully satisfied at the renovation he did for us. I would have no hesitation at recommending him. I would also say that his charges were also reasonable and he was worth every penny.

Fitted extra new raid.
Lucky to find Neil, who is a highly skilled craftsman. Will undertake any plumbing work to perfection. Does not take short cuts and will not tolerate any work that would be below his high standard.

Poorly running tap.
It was a small job for which Mr Wallis was not intending to charge (but obviously we gave him something for his speedy and timely response to our call). Tap works perfectly.

New radiator valve and low water pressure problem.
I would thoroughly recommend Neil. He rang to make sure it was still convenient to come at the agreed time and he turned up on time. He completed the work quickly and tidied up after himself.

Resiting of Worcester gas boiler to adjacent wall and alter plumbing to hot and cold pipework within the kitchen.
Good quality work, well informed and Neil was very helpful as job was a little more difficult than either of us expected. Neil kept me informed with price of extras and agreed any extras with me first. I am very happy with job and would use Neil again.

New shower pump, new radiators.
I originally called Neil to repair a DIY disaster from my husband attempting to replace our shower pump. I read reviews on this website and felt confident in him. He was very courteous, informative, reliable, tidy and affordable. He explained everything in full detail and I'm really pleased with the work he carried out. I needed 3 radiators replacing and again was really pleased with the cost and the whole experience. I would highly recommend Neil and have infact already recommended him to some friends!

Installation of a new water tank.
Neil worked around his other jobs to fit in this emergency. He did a great job with the minimum of disruption. He charged a very fair price.

Replace radiator valve.
Before Neil arrival, we had a steady trickle of water from the leaking valve. He replaced the valve and fixed another problem and was also very pleasant to deal with.
