Removal of mice in the loft.
Mr Burrows was friendly, professional, courteous, polite and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help me, explaining exactly what he was doing each time he came and fully informing me of my options every step of the way. I have used On Site Pest Control in the past and have recommended him to friends and family. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Removal of rodents in loft area.
Very good service. Mr Burrows established the problem and used a quick decay poison which stopped all noises in the loft within a few days. The problem now seems to be clear and hopefully we are now clear of any more pests.

Mice in loft.
Mr Burrows made two visits to complete the extermination of mice in the loft. He explained about the poisons used and the effect they would have on the mice, so I was reassured that it would be unlikely to find dead mice left in the loft. After three weeks we have not heard any more mice in the loft. Mr. Burrows is very knowledgeable about his job, and explained everything well. He is friendly, punctual and efficient. I would thoroughly recommend him.
