Garage Conversion
I was given two options on the work one budget priced but within regulations and the other using higher quality materials.  Went for the budget option due to circumstances and am very pleased with the results. Building regulations all met satisfactorily and all relevant certificates provided.  Courteous and responsible workforce. I felt relaxed about having them around my home and they were also happy to work around my schedule which given I have two young children is pretty hectic.  Would and do highly recommend this company.

Sink installation
I was very happy with the all round service, from the estimation to the completion of the job and they booked me in quite quickly which I was extremely pleased about; very friendly and professional and did a very tidy job; even when I found a slight problem a few days later (which wasn't the plumbers' fault) they called back that same day to fix it, what more can I ask for?! I would definately use this company again.

New central heating system installed.

The job was done on the day I was told, the price was the price quoted, not a penny over, and as the builders finished what they were doing early, they very kindly back filled a trench which was actually down to me to keep the cost down, highly recommended to anyone I know.

New chrome shower hose & new fluidmaster float value.
I queried with the plumber and again on the telephone to the office, the necessity for replacing a 3 year old Fluid Floatmaster valve when, in my opinion, all that was required was a screw to be turned to increase the water pressure, in my other toilet I have an older type ball valve which was installed when my bungalow was built in 1988 and is still working efficiently. I was not given an estimate prior to his visit and was surprised at the hourly labour charge, when the bill arrived in the post, the plumber was on time and worked cleanly and efficiently but I think that the labour charge was excessive and that customers should be aware of this.

Response from Otter Maintenance On Tap:
We were called out to the customers address and diagnosed the faults. We installed a new chrome hose to the shower and a new float valve on the one and only visit we made as we carry these items as stock. The customer did not query the work at the time and our company policy is to invoice the customer after the work is carried out (approx 7 day later) at no time during this period did the customer query the repairs made or materials used. We received a call from the customer with regards to the invoice and we explained our charges, we do not charge an hourly rate as expressed in the customers comment. We provide one charge for both materials and labour, so her comment that our labour charge is excessive is unfounded.
