  Painting of two bedrooms

  Nice lady but the work was done a week late meaning the flooring contractor came before them and then I ended up with paint splatters over my new laminate flooring. Have used them before and was happy the first time but I was disappointed with the quality this time. The paint is already flaking in places

  I apologised that the work started a week late because I do not like to start one job before I have finished another. This usually works best for the customer. In fact I moved other work, to do this in time for Christmas for this lady. The customer was happy with this at the time. This work was done six months ago, and the customer was very happy with it on completion. However, I am not surprised the paint is peeling because I advised the customer there was damp in the wall, but she asked me to continue with it anyway, because the lady was in a rush to move in by Christmas and did not have time to have the damp issue resolved properly. Floor protection was used at all times. There were absolutely no paint splashes on the laminated floor. I know this because I got down on my knees and checked it myself.

  Living room redecorated

  Beverley has recently redecorated our living room which was much in need of TLC, removing very old and painted-over wallpaper and making good the walls etc. We’re very pleased with end result which is to a very good standard. Previously Bev has decorated our kitchen, bedroom and new conservatory and we wouldn’t hesitate to ask her again. Always professional but friendly too.

  Bedroom, bathroom, stairs and landing

  Hallway decorated

  Beverley painted our hallway whilst we were away on holiday.This is the 3rd time we have used her and she is always reliable and completely trustworthy.

  Expensive wallpaper hung in the bedroom
