Central heating not working
The problem was found to be a faulty receiver for the remote thermostat - Steve kindly called the supplier and, thanks to his efforts, they sent a replacement part - even though it was out of warranty. He is also fixed a leaking kitchen tap while he was here to look at the boiler issue. Very pleased with his work and personality. Highly recommended.

Combination boiler installed and old system removed
Steve arrived as promised on the Tuesday and finished as he estimated on the Thursday, All work carried out cleanly and efficiently with full explanation when needed. He kept to the quoted price despite having to do a small amount of extra work. We are very pleased with the result and happy to reccomend him to others.

Central Heating Boiler Replacement and 1 new Radiator
I found Panacea (Steve Wright) on Checkatrade and through local recommendation. From the start the advice I received and the practicalities of doing the work were clearly explained and took into account my requirements. The quotation was mid-way between the highest and lowest I obtained, was well set out and itemised. Work started on time and there were no delays, in fact extra work was carried out within the time schedule. Initiative was shown to improve the system as a whole and work conducted in a tidy, quiet and friendly way. New controls were set up and explained and the system has worked perfectly and the house has been very much warmer. Thanks Steve and Oliver

Replace cold water and CH header tanks and install power shower
This is the second time I have used this company. Steve and Oliver ensured that I was without running water for only half a day. There was no mess or disruption at all and I'm very pleased with the new shower installation. Certainly recommend them.

Serviced boiler. Replaced defective pressure vessel and fitted new pressure release valve. Rerouted overflow pipe to enable identification of leaks. Tightened leaking coupling.
Knowledgeable, quick, efficient, tidy and friendly service. A long-standing problem with my pressurised central heating system was diagnosed and fixed quickly and professionally. I'm very pleased with the work done and would recommend Panacea Plumbing and Heating without hesitation.
