Tiled bathroom floor, replace bath panel, fix shower fittings and shower screen,remove and replace bathroom sink
I am very happy with the excellent workmanship and finish to my bathroom. The care shown when carrying out the work was excellent
Brian is very easy to talk to, and discuss options with and worked hard to find the requested colour tiles which turned out not to be an easy task, but was successful. Everything was cleared away and left tidy and clean
I would definitely use Parkers again and would recommend.

Replace kitchen sink
Great when came out to quote but on the day, after being an hour late, I called him, he got delayed but did not let me know. Then when it came to the price it had increased by £35 without any notice He threatened to leave the job half done.

I am saddened to hear the customer was unhappy, as I believe in delivering excellent workmanship and ensuring my customer is satisfied. Many previous customers have commented on the politeness, care and dedication shown when carrying out work. I feel very strongly this is an isolated case. I would like to point out the customer supplied the sink and taps, which were the wrong product for the job; having to go and change them for her. I also carried out extra work, to make her dishwasher fit properly, which had been installed by someone else, and not installed to the manufacturer’s guidelines. The customer was informed of this, as I always like to keep the customer informed of extra costs. I did apologise to the customer for being late and explained why. It was the customer, who from that point was rude making me feel uncomfortable while I carried out the work. The customer wrote me a cheque and stopped it, only paying for the sink. The customer sent me a rude letter discrediting my workmanship and saying she was unhappy with my attitude.
My aim is to carry out the work at hand and giving great customer service, many of my previous customers have been thrilled with the work, thanking me in person, via check a trade or a telephone call, many have called us back to carry out more work. I feel I would not be able to contact the customer, as she would be abusive to me and this would not be a constructive attitude to take.

Re-routing of cooker hood exhaust and repairs to existing fitted kitchen.
Brian did a feasibility review of the options available to us and explained the pros and cons clearly. He then implemented very effective and aesthetically pleasing solutions. His costs were extremely reasonable and he showed a high level of skill. He is also a very genuine individual.
